Chia Berry Popsicles


3Tbsp chia seeds+1/2 C water

1 3/4 C fresh or frozen mixed berries

1 kiwi, peeled

1/3 C plain Greek yogurt, non- or low-fat

1Tbsp lemon juice

1/3 C acai juice


1) Stir chia seeds into water. Let mixture sit for 15 mins. to hydrate chia seeds.

2) Place all ingredients, including the chia mixture, into blender. Blend until smooth or chuncky as desired.

3) Pour into popsicle mold or create your own mold.

4) Freeze until ready to enjoy.
